The Homeowners Association at The Admiralty

The Homeowners Association at the Admiralty is a gated community in West Bay Shore on the South Shore of Long Island. The community features 160 one- and two-story townhomes on over 100 manicured acres with direct canal access to the Great South Bay.

The Admiralty was built on the former Thorne Estate, and some of the original gardens, ponds, landscaping, and brick structures have been preserved with the development of the community.  It is unlikely that such a spacious natural haven so close to New York City would be designed this way again, making The Admiralty a truly one-of-a-kind place to call home.
