There are four primary home models: The Atlantis and Brigantine two-story townhomes and the Commodore and Delmar one-story townhomes. Each model has a private entry, garage, and large outdoor patio. The units have a central air and heating system and are separated by soundproof, fireproof walls separated by the garages.
During the original construction in 1978, homeowners were offered options to customize their homes. Over the years, many of the homes have been further updated, but the exterior of each unit has been maintained to HOA standards in the spirit of the original design.
The Atlantis is a two-story townhouse with approximately 2,669 square feet of living. The original design featured a first-level living room, formal dining room, separate office or den, eat-in kitchen, and half bath with a separate laundry area. The second floor has a primary bedroom suite with a sitting area and full bathroom, walk-in closet, and balcony. There are two additional bedrooms and a full bath on the second level. Many Atlantic models feature fireplaces in both the living room and master bedroom suite.
The Brigantine is a two-story townhouse with approximately 2,213 square feet of living. It typically features a living room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace on the main floor. The second floor offers a primary bedroom suite with a balcony and either one or two additional bedrooms and an additional bathroom.
The Commodore has the convenience of one-level living with approximately 2,087 square feet. It features a living room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace and a primary bedroom suite. An additional bedroom, full bathroom, eat-in kitchen, and space for either a dining area or study.
The Delmar is a single-story home on a slightly smaller scale with approximately 1,793 square feet of space. It features a living room, kitchen with bay-window eating area, a primary bedroom suite with cathedral ceiling and private bath, a second bedroom, and full bathroom.
